What's the difference between the plans?
All plans include the same low transaction fees and all 7 payment methods. Higher tiers add business tools: Standard includes advanced payments and transaction management, while Premium adds business intelligence, metrics dashboards, and soundbite payment features. How is the monthly fee calculated?
Monthly fees are fixed subscription costs for accessing premium features (Standard €19.98, Premium €199.98). The transaction fee is separate and calculated as a low flat % of each payment (rates vary by region, typically from 0.5%). You only pay the monthly fee if you want the additional business tools—Basic users processing over €1,000/month pay nothing except transaction fees.
What counts as a transaction for billing?
Each successful payment counts as one transaction. Failed or cancelled payment attempts are not charged. Refunds don't count as new transactions. Volume discounts may be available for high-volume merchants—contact us to discuss custom pricing for businesses processing over €100,000 monthly.
Can I test payware before committing?
